I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and graduate of the Doctor of Nursing Practice program at Rush University. I also completed an advanced fellowship in community mental health for psychiatric nurse practitioners in Chicago, Illinois, deepening my commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care.

I believe effective mental health care begins with a strong therapeutic partnership. My approach centers your experiences, priorities, and goals while providing the education and support you need to make informed decisions about your care. I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and individualized treatment for adults with mood, anxiety, and sleep disorders, as well as for individuals experiencing psychiatric symptoms alongside complex medical conditions, including cancer and other serious illnesses.

Treatment is tailored to each person and may incorporate evidence-based medications, psychotherapy, and complementary approaches. Together, we will develop a thoughtful, well-rounded plan focused on meaningful symptom improvement, resilience, and your ability to thrive in your relationships, career, and daily life.

In addition to my clinical practice, I serve as an Assistant Professor at the Rush University College of Nursing, where I educate and mentor future nurses and advanced practice providers. I bring this commitment to education into my clinical practice, helping patients feel informed, empowered, and confident in their treatment decisions.

I am in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois, Cigna, Aetna, Oscar Health, Oxford and United Healthcare. If you are without insurance or have a different insurance company, self-pay options are available.
