Are you accepting new patients?
We are accepting new patients for medication management with psychotherapy. We specialize in the treatment of mood disorders (such as depression) and anxiety disorders. We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois, Cigna, Aetna, Oscar Health, Oxford and United Healthcare.

Can you tell me more about the scheduling process?
When you click "Book an Appointment," the link will take you to our billing partner's scheduling page where you can schedule your visit and enter your insurance information. This link displays available appointments for the upcoming two weeks. If no appointments are available for online self-scheduling, please call us and we will assist you with scheduling.
After you schedule your initial visit using our billing partner's page, you will receive a confirmation email from the clinic providing you with instructions for how to access to your patient portal, a link for your video visit, and intake forms you must complete prior to your visit.

Do you accept my insurance?
We are in-network with the following insurance companies: Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois, Cigna, Aetna, Oscar Health, Oxford and United Healthcare.
If you are uninsured or have a different insurance company, self-pay options are available and a superbill* is available upon request.

*What is a superbill?
A superbill is a document you can provide to your insurance company for reimbursement for out-of-network visits. You may request a superbill from your provider during your visit.

Which types of psychotherapy do you provide?
We incorporate Supportive Psychotherapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy into visits based on your needs.
